Billing and Charges

Subscription Billing

  • Pro Plan: $68.00 USD per month, billed monthly
  • Billing Date: Charges occur on the same day each month as your initial subscription
  • Free Trial: Lifetime free trial for Pro plan, no charges during trial period
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Enterprise Billing

  • Custom pricing based on requirements
  • Annual billing options available
  • Volume discounts for multiple licenses
  • Invoice-based billing for corporate accounts

Important Billing Notes

  • • Charges are non-refundable except as required by law
  • • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • • Price changes require 30 days advance notice
  • • Taxes may apply based on your location
Managing Your Payment Methods

Updating Payment Information

You can manage your payment methods through your account dashboard:

  • Add or remove credit cards
  • Update billing addresses
  • Set default payment methods
  • View payment history and invoices

Pro Subscribers: Manage your billing information directly through our secure customer portal.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will:

  • Send you an email notification immediately
  • Retry the payment automatically after 3 days
  • Retry again after 7 days if the second attempt fails
  • Suspend your account if all retry attempts fail

You can update your payment method at any time to resolve payment issues.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the month
  • 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers (after trial period)
  • Enterprise accounts may have different refund terms

How We Protect Your Financial Data

  • Tokenization: Card details are replaced with secure tokens
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access Control: Strict limits on who can access payment data
  • Monitoring: 24/7 fraud monitoring and detection
  • Compliance: Regular security audits and compliance checks

Data Retention

  • Payment tokens are retained for active subscriptions
  • Transaction records kept for 7 years for tax compliance
  • Personal payment data deleted upon account closure
  • Audit logs maintained for security purposes

Stripe Partnership

We partner with Stripe for payment processing. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have concerns about a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

  • Contact our support team to discuss the charge
  • Review your billing history in your account dashboard
  • Check if the charge relates to an active subscription
  • Verify the charge amount matches our published pricing

Dispute Resolution Process

  • We investigate all disputed charges promptly
  • Provide documentation to support legitimate charges
  • Work with you to resolve any billing errors
  • Process refunds when appropriate

Most billing questions can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team. Chargebacks can take months to resolve and may result in additional fees.
